Elite, a recognized leading film supplier to the packaging industry; is looking for a 3rd Shift Blown-Film Extrusion Assistant. Elite encourages innovation from its associates, employs the latest technology and has aggressive expansion plans. This position will support our facility in St. Charles, Illinois.
Salary Range: $22-$27/hour
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES- Assist machine operator where assigned.
- Communicate with operator in all aspects (safety, productivity, quality)
- Work and think safely at all times
- All other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experienced preferred but willing to train.
- Strong Safety and Attendance Record.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Entry Level position to support Extrusion Department in various tasks such as Set-Up, Quality Checks, Roll Removal etc.
- Physically demanding position: long periods standing, bending, squatting, reaching and pulling. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to work 12- hour shift.
- Helps ensure all policies and procedures for the company and the American Institute of Baking (AIB) are followed.
Salary for this position is based on, among other things, a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
