In the past, great film came with long lead times. This is no longer the case. Our focused approach provides you a unique service – swift delivery of small and medium volume runs. From Elite, you have the choice to request and receive large quantities of film and the flexibility to control your inventory by allowing us to promptly delivery only the volume you need.
We operate three Windmoeller & Hoelscher Optimex 3 & 5-layer blown film lines.
- Optimex Line 1: 8" to 71" lay-flat, 0.80 mil to 6 mil (LLDPE) - 3-layers, up to 30" roll diameter
- Optimex Line 2: 8" to 86" lay-flat, 0.80 mil to 6 mil (LLDPE) - 3-layers, up to 30" roll diameter
- Optimex Line 3: 8" to 86" lay-flat, 0.80 mil to 6 mil (LLDPE) - 5-layers, up to 45" roll diameter
All Lines:
- Double wound
- U-sheet
- J-sheet (short side out, long side out)
- A-wind (open edge folded, folded edge open)
- B-wind (folded edge opend, open edge folded)
- Lay-flat tubing
